Mongolia 2009
Baruun Saikhan Uul

The last locality in the GGSNP surveyed this year was in the middle of the Baruun Saikhan Range. This area with the exception of the foothills being more hill covered and rocky was similar to Tsaagan Ovoo Uul. Short grass covered the valleys within the foothills, which were split by low shrub filled canyons below the rocky peaks and ridge of the range.
