	Mongolia 1999 W of Ulaan Nuur This area, approximately 18 km west of Ulaan Nuur is almost entirely covered with desert pavement. We observed several gazelles, usually in pairs, running along the roadsides at up to approximately 60 km. per hour through this area. While waiting for our overheated GAZ to cool down, a sun bleached skull was collected from near the roadside. Mammals Goitered gazelle- Gazella subgutturosa Parasites No individuals of this species were examined for parasites.
